Japanese trailer for Oliver Hirschbiegel’s Diana

Bleeding Cool has found the Japanese trailer for Oliver Hirschbiegel’s Princess Diana biopic, Diana. Mostly it’s the same as the US trailer, but there are some new scenes and a new soundtrack.

The film follows  Diana’s secret two-year love affair in the mid-1990s with heart surgeon Dr. Hasnat Kahn, rather than being a story of the life of the People’s Princess.

Naomi Watts plays Diana, with Naveen Andrews as Dr. Khan,  and Cas Anvar, Geraldine James, Juliet Stevenson and Laurence Belcher all featuring.

Diana is out in Ireland on September 20th.

Diana (Naomi Watts) takes audiences into the private realm of one the world’s most iconic and inescapably public women — Diana the Princess of Wales — in the last two years of her meteoric life. Her campaign against land mines and her relationship with surgeon Dr Hasnat Khan.
