There’s a chance, a very good chance, that we will actually get another great movie from Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez’ 2007 vanity project Grindhouse. It seems those fake trailers in between the double feature have worked out not to be so fake at all, with Rodriguez giving us the soon to be released Machete and Jason Eisener bringing Hobo With a Shotgun to life.
The former has featured extensively on Scannain, but it’s the latter that takes focus today with the release of a brand new teaser trailer. And it’s a doozy.
The plot of Hobo With a Shotgun revolves around a homeless man who becomes a violent, shotgun-wielding vigilante upon entering a crime-ridden city. You probably could have guessed that from the title. What makes this really stand out is that the hobo in question is none other than 80′s action star Rutger Hauer, recently awarded the Dutch Best Actor of the Century award.
