First trailer for DreamWorks Animation’s How to Train Your Dragon 2

DreamWorks Animation has released the first trailer for How to Train Your Dragon 2, their sequel to the utterly brilliant How to Train Your Dragon.

The film takes place five years after the original, with Hiccup and the people of Berk living in harmony with their dragons. All is well until Hiccup and Toothless discover a secret ice cave, with new dragons and a mysterious Dragon Rider.

Jay Baruchel is back voicing Hiccup, with Gerard Butler, Kit Harington, Cate Blanchett, Craig Ferguson, America Ferrera, Jonah Hill, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, T.J. Miller, Djimon Hounsou, and Kristen Wiig all adding voices.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 is out in cinemas July 4th, 2014.

The thrilling second chapter of the epic HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON trilogy returns to the fantastical world of the heroic Viking Hiccup and his faithful dragon Toothless.  The inseparable duo must protect the peace – and save the future of men and dragons from the power-hungry Drago.
