Open Road, via Yahoo, has released the first trailer for their Joshua Michael Stern directed Steve Jobs biopic Jobs.

The film stars Ashton Kutcher as the titular computer guru, and follows rise, fall, and resurrection of Apple and Jobs himself.

Alongside Kutcher the film stars Josh Gad as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, as well featuring Dermot Mulroney, Lukas Haas, J.K. Simmons, Ron Eldard, and Matthew Modine.

Jobs is out in the US on August 16th, with no Irish release date as of yet.

Dark, honest, and uncompromising, “Jobs” plunges into the depths of Steve Jobs’ character, uncovering his driving motivations, his gifts, his flaws, his failures, and his ultimate successes.
