Paramount Japan has released a new trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s Biblical epic Noah. The trailer features new footage from the film, and continues to highlight the impressive scale of the film.

For those not well versed in their Bible, Noah is the story of a man who receives a message from God, telling him that the world will be ended by an endless wave of rain and he must build an ark to save as many of Earth’s living creatures as he can.

The film stars Russell Crowe, Emma Watson, Jennifer Connelly, Logan Lerman, Ray Winstone, Douglas Booth, Kevin Durand, Martin Csokas, Mark Margolis, and Anthony Hopkins.

Noah is out in Ireland on March 28th, 2014.

Academy Award® winner Russell Crowe stars as Noah, a man chosen by God for a great task before an apocalyptic flood destroys the world.
