First trailer for Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel

Fox Searchlight has unveiled the first trailer for Wes Anderson’s new film The Grand Budapest Hotel. This looks beautiful. There’s 3 different aspect ratios used in the film, so that’ll be worth the price of admission alone.

The film is set in 1920’s Hungary, and follows a hotel concierge who strikes up a friendship with a young employee at the hotel at which they work.

Ralph Fiennes stars as the concierge, with Carlow native  Saoirse Ronan his new protégé. The film also stars a host of Hollywood’s finest, including F. Murray Abraham, Noah Baumbach, Roman Coppola, Edward Norton, Mathieu Amalric, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Lea Seydoux, Jeff Goldblum, Jason Schwarztman, Jude Law, Tilda Swinton, Harvey Keitel, Tom Wilkinson, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, and Tony Revolori.

The Grand Budapest Hotel is expected early next year.
