There was more good news for Irish films this weekend at the European Film Awards in Berlin, with Irish co-productions The Lobster and Song of the Sea picking up awards.
The Lobster, One Million Dubliners, and Tana Bana to feature at the 34th Vancouver International Film Festival, September 24th to October 9th.
Fantastic Fest has unveiled its second wave of films for the 2015 festival, including Yorgos Lanthimos’ The Lobster, and Ben Wheatley’s High-Rise.
The Irish film industry is represented at Cannes with a film selected in Official Competition and 25 others screening and selling at the Marché.
