Scannain is branching out and we are looking to bring talented, ambitious writers to help cover the constantly changing world of movie news and reviews. The site is a non-for-profit venture so while we can’t offer you a salary we can offer you a base to show the world your creative side. Scannain is well regarded in Irish film circles so we can also offer you a chance to see a host of films before their cinematic release, provided that you’re willing to string a few sentences together afterwards.
We only have one stipulation: we’re only looking for Irish residents or Irish citizens resident abroad as that is our niche. North or south of the border makes no odds to us as it’s all one big island.
