Two Irish animations, Captain Morten and the Spider Queen and The Breadwinner, won awards at the 23rd International Film Festival Schlingel in Germany.
Animation is Film announced the winners of its inaugural festival with Cartoon Saloon's The Breadwinner, directed by Nora Twomey, taking the top honours.
