TorinoFilmLab has unveiled the selection for the third edition of SeriesLab. Two of the nine projects selected are Irish; Caherduin and Closed City.
Los Angeles-based XYZ Films has taken on Morgan Bushe's black comedy The Belly of the Whale and will now represent North American sales for the film. at the Marché at the Cannes Film Festival. The film will be released in Irish cinemas by Wildcard Distribution later this year.
