American film production and sales company XYZ FIlms will sell the North American rights for Andrew and Ryan Tohill's Northern Irish drama The Dig.
Los Angeles-based XYZ Films has taken on Morgan Bushe's black comedy The Belly of the Whale and will now represent North American sales for the film. at the Marché at the Cannes Film Festival. The film will be released in Irish cinemas by Wildcard Distribution later this year.
