Scratchtells the story of Eoin who works the night shift in a quiet petrol station. His main source of distraction night after night is regular customer Ger who believes he has a system for picking winning scratch cards. Things take an unexpected turn with the arrival of a masked armed robber starting a chain of events that neither Eoin nor Ger could have predicted. Scratch features an impressive cast of rising Irish talent with Conor Drum as Eoin, and also starring Stephen Jones (Druid Murphy, Love/Hate), Sam Keeley (Raw, What Richard Did) and Ian Lloyd Anderson (Love/Hate, Standby).
Scratchdebuted at JDIFF 2013 and received a remarkable response.
