Irish actress Katie McGrath has been cast in Colin Trevorrow’s Jurassic World, the fourth outing in Universal’s Jurassic Park franchise.
The Wicklow native, who can currently be seen gracing our screens in Sky’s Dracula, is one of three new additions to the cast, alongside Judy Greer and Lauren Lapkus. The trio join existing cast members Bryce Dallas ?Howard?, Ty Simpkins?, Josh Brolin?, Nick Robinson?, Idris Elba?, and David Oyelowo?.
The plot is still under wraps, but director Trevorrow has indicated that it will take place 22 years after the events of the first film, and will return to Isla Nebular.
Jurassic World is out worldwide on June 12th, 2015.
