The Liam Neeson action-film juggernaut shows no signs of slowing down as the Ballymena native has now signed on to star in The Commuter, a suspense-thriller written by Byron Willinger and Phil de Blasi.
The film sees Neeson play a businessman who, on his daily commute home, unwittingly gets caught up in a criminal conspiracy that threatens not only his life but the lives of those around him.
Andrew Rona and Alex Heineman produce for The Picture Company, with financing coming from StudioCanal who worked with Neeson on Non-Stop and Unknown.
Shooting on The Commuter starts in March for a likely 2017 release.
