Producers interested in applying to receive funding through this incentive are advised that guidelines for the programme, which will reopen for a third consecutive year, will be announced in mid-April. The deadline for applications will be the end of June 2019.To be eligible for funding, the selected projects were required to be intended for broadcast by eligible Irish and Canadian broadcasters, involving at least one Irish producer and one Canadian producer. The incentive funds television projects and digital media extensions of such television projects, which fulfill both the objectives and themes of BAI’s Sound and Vision Scheme and the guidelines of the CMF. Projects were evaluated and chosen by a selection committee composed of representatives from both funding organisations.
